2nd Annual Hudson Blood Drive: A Life-Saving Success!

The Hudson Group (“Hudson”) was proud to once again partner with the American Red Cross to host our Second Annual Blood Drive, strengthening our community, supporting hospitals and patient needs through blood donations, and giving staff and colleagues the opportunity to help save lives!

According to the Red Cross, “blood is a perishable product that can only come from volunteer blood donors. With someone in the U.S. needing blood every two seconds, blood products must be constantly replenished”.

Hudson answered the call, exceeding our goal surpassing last year’s total donations! From vital whole blood donations to Power Red contributions supporting the most critical patients (including trauma and accident victims, newborns, and those living with sickle cell anemia) our team stepped up in a big way.  Even more inspiring, 46% of participants were first-time donors!

We are incredibly proud of our Hudson team and our growing partnership with the American Red Cross and look forward to building on this tradition of giving in the years ahead!
