Job Opportunity: Contracts & Publications Assistant – North America

Hudson Shipping Lines is a leader in international supply chain management.  Here at Hudson, we are looking for a talented individual to assist with contract, publication, and account administration.  This full-time position entails working in partnership with and assisting multiple departments.

The duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing, preparing, and revising contracts
  • Tracking authorizations and correspondence and ensuring contract execution in accordance with company policy
  • Maintaining detailed and organized files and filing systems
  • Conducting and reviewing research  
  • Writing publications for internal and external use

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and have excellent proofreading, writing and time management skills.  They are open to flexibility in their day-to-day operations.  Candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 and must read and write in English without hesitation.  At least two years of administrative or other relevant experience is required and an associate degree is preferred.
